Refund Policy
Deposits
A deposit is not a purchase, so there is no refund in the shop sense. Money you deposit stays yours and can be withdrawn once the turnover condition is met: the amount has been staked at least once at odds of 1.1 or higher. A deposit withdrawn without any bets is returned by the security service to the same M-Pesa number after a review.
Bets
A placed bet cannot be cancelled by the player. Exceptions are made by the operator when a market is settled as void - a cancelled match, a wrong line or a technical error - in which case the stake is returned to the balance automatically.
Bonuses
Bonus funds are not refundable and cannot be withdrawn until the wagering is complete. Declining a bonus after it was credited is possible only while the balance exceeds the bonus amount; the bonus and winnings from it are then removed and the deposit is released.
Failed or duplicated payments
If M-Pesa debited your wallet but the deposit did not appear, keep the M-Pesa transaction code and contact support: the payment is traced and credited, or reversed to the wallet.
